Discussions is the basic way for public communications (like to forums). Everybody can read discussions. Signed users can add new topics; add comments for already existing topics; and subscribe for notifications about changes of any thread.

Feature Request is the basic way for adding new features into BaKoMa TeX system. Everybody can browse feature requests and comments. Signed in users can vote for any feature request, add comments, and even create own feature requests.
