BaKoMa TeX 9.80 Mac runs on Intel Mac's under Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
bakoma-tex.pkg (12 MB) file includes only BaKoMa TeX Kernel.
At end of installation 'BaKoma TeX Setup' program will download
commonly used LaTeX macros and fonts (10-15 MB).
So, that complete download may be up to 30 MB.

Installation Notes

To install BaKoMa TeX just click on provided link, wait for download and agree with openning it.
To uninstall BaKoMa TeX just move 'BaKoMa TeX' folder from Applications to garbage basket.
To clear all user settings and auto downloaded packages remove '~/Library/BaKoMa TeX' directory.
If you want to avoid additional internet downloads you can install BaKoMa TeX from following CD.

BaKoMa TeX CD includes installation package (bakoma-tex.pkg)
and almost complete set of another packages
CD will be automatically used as source for installing additional packages
if BaKoMa TeX was installed by using installation package from the CD.
After update, only updated packages will be downloaded from our servers
but other packages will be installed directly from CD. CD ISO

Note, that we use the same CD for Windows and Mac versions of BaKoMa TeX.
Note, that you needn't to burn physical CD disk. You can just mount ISO file by double click on it.

Limitations of MAC version:

DVIPS not included, but PostScript may be saved via File/Print.
TeX4HT not included - Export HTML4 isn't supported (use Export SVG + HTML).
Image Cache isn't enabled yet.
Configure Font Families and using Windows system fonts are not supported.
Update may be done by installing updated PKG file - it will reload only updated packages.
Package Manager not included - automatical package installation works well.
Key binding is some compromise between Windows and Mac conventions. It is tag for following improvements.
