BaKoMa TeX for Microsoft Windows with Visual (True WYSIWYG) LaTeX Editor

The system works under <b>Microsoft Windows VISTA/XP/2000/NT/98/95</b>. The system includes Integrated Development Environment, Extended BaKoMa Fonts Collection, TeX processor with friends, and popular macro packages. The system supports using a scalable fonts: <b>OpenType</b>, <b>TrueType</b> (Unicode supported), Postscript <b>Type 1</b> (including <b>Multiple Masters</b>), and <b>Type 3</b> font formats.  <b><font color="#FF0000">SVG</font></b> output lets you to create high quality <font color="#FF0000">animated presentations</font>. So, following modules: <b>Font Zoo</b>. <b>EC/TC Fonts</b>, and <b>LH Fonts</b>. (see <a href="fonts/index.html" class="reference">Font packages</a>) are not included. These modules may be installed after registration. Also, <b>e-TeX</b>, <b>Omega</b>, and <b>Metafont</b> (see <a href="programs/index.html" class="reference">Programs</a>) are not included into quick setup, because they are out of common use. To install BaKoMa TeX just double-click the star icon (<b>40 MB</b> downloading). <h3>About the Distribution</h3> BaKoMa TeX distribution is split into several installation modules. There are <b>18</b> such modules, that may be found under <span class="group">Downloads</span> group. Installation must be started from <i>BaKoMa TeX Kernel</i> (see <b>BKMTEX</b> from <a href="programs/index.html" class="reference">Programs</a>). <i>Kernel</i> includes only <i>Plain TeX</i> format. Commonly, minimal reasonable installation must include LaTeX 2e (see <a href="macros/index.html" class="reference">Macro Packages</a>) and Standard Postscript fonts (see <b>PSFONTS</b> from <a href="fonts/index.html" class="reference">Font Packages</a>). You can reduce network downloading by choosing only required modules. <h3>Saving the Distribution</h3> It is not required to download entire BaKoMa TeX distribution before installation, because desired components may be isnatalled by clicking on proper icons. However, when you have payed non-upgradeable license, we recommend to download and save onto your disk entire distribution of BaKoMa TeX. It is because, BaKoMa TeX may be updated on the server from which you download it. </BODY>
